Does the hotel keeps purchase itens before cliente arrival?
Dear Anna, Thank you for your question. We can certainly hold regular-sized packages for incoming arrivals on a complimentary basis. This service is limited up to three packages per reservation, after which a handling fee of $5 per package applies. Dear Cuca, As with most hotels in San Francisco, our hotel does offer valet parking only. As of December, 2018; our current valet parking rates are $52 + tax for regular-sized vehicles.
